Confidence in the Repairs We Perform
At United Auto Care Center, we stand behind the repair work we perform. Our Limited Repair Warranty is designed to give our customers confidence and clearly explain the warranty coverage that applies to qualifying repairs.Whether you need an engine repair, transmission replacement, A/C repair, electrical work, brakes, suspension, or another major automotive repair, you can apply online to see what payment options may be available to you.
WHAT THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS
IF YOU EXPERIENCE A PROBLEM AFTER A REPAIR
If you experience a concern that you believe may be related to work performed by United Auto Care Center:
Whenever reasonably possible, customers are encouraged to contact United Auto Care Center before authorizing another repair facility to perform additional work related to our original repair.
REPAIRS PERFORMED BY ANOTHER REPAIR FACILITY
Having your vehicle inspected or serviced by another repair facility does not, by itself, automatically void this warranty.
However, this Limited Repair Warranty does not cover damage, additional failures, repair costs, or other problems caused by or resulting from:
* Improper repairs performed by another person or repair facility
* Alteration or modification of United Auto Care Center's original repair
* Removal, modification, or replacement of parts installed by United Auto Care Center when that work causes or contributes to the claimed failure; or
* Damage caused by subsequent work that interferes with or damages the repair originally performed by United Auto Care Center.
United Auto Care Center is not responsible for charges incurred at another repair facility unless United Auto Care Center has agreed to those charges in writing.
CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED PARTS
Repairs performed using parts supplied or provided by the customer are not covered under this Limited Repair Warranty.
If a customer requests installation of a customer-supplied part, the repair invoice should identify the part as customer supplied.
United Auto Care Center cannot guarantee the:
* Quality
* Condition
* Compatibility
* Durability
* Performance
of parts purchased or supplied by the customer.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Unless otherwise stated in writing on the repair invoice, this Limited Repair Warranty does not cover:
WARRANTY INSPECTION
A warranty claim requires an opportunity for United Auto Care Center to inspect the vehicle and determine:
* Whether the vehicle is within the applicable warranty period and mileage;
* Whether the claimed problem relates to the repair originally performed by United Auto Care Center;
* Whether the originally repaired part or workmanship failed; and
* Whether any exclusion under this Limited Repair Warranty applies.
A customer's report of a problem does not automatically establish that the original repair failed or that the concern is covered under warranty.
PROOF OF REPAIR
KEEP YOUR FINAL REPAIR INVOICE
Please retain your final United Auto Care Center repair invoice.
The invoice identifies:
* The repair performed;
* The applicable parts;
* The date of repair; and
* The vehicle mileage used to determine the applicable warranty period.
Your final repair invoice may be required when submitting or reviewing a warranty claim.

IMPORTANT WARRANTY TERMS
This Limited Repair Warranty applies subject to the specific terms stated on the customer's repair order and final invoice. If warranty terms specific to a particular part, supplier, repair, or transaction are stated in writing on the final invoice, those specific written terms will control with respect to that repair.
